"The course was fantastic, far exceeded my expectations. The demonstrator was incredible, in the three hours of training she barely paused for breath but fixed everyones' attention 100% of the time. Consummate, articulate and professional. I have recommended the course to all of my friends. After attending the course I was at a loss to see how it could be improved or be more fun, mainly due to the quality of the staff and their obvious experience of coffee and interpersonal skills"
